As a photographer I am interested in cosmetics that are photo ready. Would you say that Benefit Cosmetics have a range of cosmetics that are specifically for make-up artists that work in the photography and film industries?

Yes, I have used the Benefit Cosmetics line — they have great products in fun packaging. One of my favorites is a makeup primer called “Porefessional”.
As far as photography and cosmetics, I have heard that products with certain types of sunscreens do not photograph well — regardless of the brand. Depending on the type of photography / filming you are doing, you may want to do some research on SPF in cosmetics and avoiding the “ghost face” effect.
